At UPSO Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the unused bag in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
